Insights from the DAS Team from the world of Delegated Authorities and their management
My understanding is that most, if not all, Lloyd’s Managing Agents are now routinely collecting performance Conduct Risk MI from those Coverholders and TPAs who distribute or service High Conduct Risk insurance products on their behalf, in accordance with Lloyd’s mandated minimum data requirements.
Congratulations to the team at Lloyd’s including Lindsey, Leena and Paul for another excellent conference. It was good to see the further unveiling of the AiMS coordinated audit system which looks like a good foundation upon which to build a more synchronised approach. The main structures and schedule clearly demonstrate all of the work put in by the CAF team.
